Production Manager

Responsibilities include full oversight of daily production operations, preparing weekly and monthly production plans, and monitoring their execution. The role involves managing the production team (Chef, workers), distributing tasks, and ensuring performance tracking. Ensuring production goals are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timing is crucial. Implementation and improvement of work procedures according to Lean Manufacturing principles and waste reduction are required. Coordination with the procurement and warehouse department is necessary to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Quality monitoring of the final product and compliance with specifications and standards are essential. Maintenance of equipment and machinery must be coordinated with the maintenance department. Daily and monthly production reports should be prepared and submitted to management. Immediate handling of operational challenges such as production delays or workforce issues is expected. Adherence to safety and health regulations within the plant is mandatory.
