Procurement Manager (Saudi National Required)

We are seeking an experienced KSA Procurement Manager to support our growing hotel network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What you’ll do:

As our KSA Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement solutions that support both hotel openings and ongoing operations across KSA. You’ll bring extensive experience in driving commercial value, shaping procurement programs, and embedding effective procurement standards within a multi‑site hospitality environment.

Working closely with stakeholders across our hotel estate, and senior internal teams, you’ll ensure that our sourcing approach supports excellent guest experience, cost efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic sourcing and procurement solutions in KSA aligned with the Regional Procurement Strategy.
• Standardise procurement approaches across the hotel estate to support consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Drive compliance with procurement solutions, partnering with hotels and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure all global procurement policies, processes, and standards are embedded and adhered to.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts across direct and indirect spend areas—including Food & Beverage, Non‑Food, Utilities, Laundry, and other categories.
• Provide credible senior‑level commercial challenge, engaging effectively up to VP level when required.
• Manage key supplier and internal relationships to ensure optimal delivery of commercial objectives.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience implementing procurement plans and managing complex sourcing projects, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with confidence managing external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability working across multiple categories, including operational spend areas.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and hotel colleagues at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs and respond to market trends.
• A practical “hands-on” approach and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver impactful results.
