Expected Responsibilities
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best financial and technical terms.
- Prepare and draft contracts and monitor supplier commitments to ensure compliance.
- Manage and execute the full procurement cycle from order receipt to contract closure.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Research qualified suppliers and develop a strategic network of relationships with them.
- Analyze price quotations and compare them in terms of quality, cost, and execution time.
- Monitor key procurement performance indicators and provide periodic reports to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of necessary materials and services.
- Contribute to improving procurement policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Adhere to government and private procurement regulations and ensure processes meet standards.
