• Receive and coordinate reservation requests and follow up until confirmation of the booking.
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule or cancel when necessary.
• Coordinate with physicians and various departments to ensure accurate scheduling and organization of appointments.
• Interact with clients in a refined, polite, and professional manner while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy.
• Monitor client appointments and ensure a distinguished experience from the moment of booking until their presence.
• Track unconfirmed appointments and cases of no-shows, working on rescheduling them.
• Input and update client and appointment data accurately into the established system.
• Professionally handle inquiries and feedback, resolving issues related to appointments.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the clinic and quality standards for client service.
