We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success COOP to join our team. In this role, you will help our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) ensure our clients achieve their goals using our products. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer relationship management, tech onboarding, and account growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success team with day-to-day administrative tasks and account maintenance.
- Help prepare data and reports for client check-ins, onboarding sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor customer health metrics and flag accounts that may need proactive outreach.
- Assist in updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Help gather and organize customer feedback to share with the Product and Sales teams.
- Visit clients and maintain close relationships.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Business, administration, IT, or related fields). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. A natural problem-solver with a positive, client-first mindset. Comfortable learning new software and navigating basic tech platforms.
Bonus Requirements (Nice-to-Have)
- Cybersecurity Interest/Experience: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, or a strong interest in learning about the cybersecurity industry.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated work ethic.
