Provide technical expertise by reviewing contractor s plans, procedures and logic sequences.

Attending and approving various inspections and tests

Adopt a proactive approach to anticipate issues based on past Testing & Commissioning experience.

Demonstrate proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

Witness key testing hold points and maintain a dashboard of progress onsite for different stages of testing.

Maintain continuous coordination efforts to integrate all project interfaces into a cohesive system.

Review of Contractor/OEM commissioning procedures, commissioning test reports.

Review of PT procedures and performance test calculations.

Perform independent calculations to verify the OEM data

Supervision and witness of commissioning activities
