Job Title: Warehouse Keeper

We are looking for a Warehouse Keeper who is organized and meticulous to be part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching products, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring that actual quantities match the system records.

Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and verify quantities and conditions.
• Organize and secure products in a systematic manner.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders based on established documentation.
• Record and track inbound and outbound operations in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock audits and participate in annual inventory counts.
• Ensure actual stock matches recorded stock in the system.
• Report any discrepancies or damages in inventory.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and product safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding inventory movement.
• Adhere to warehouse procedures and policies.
