Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage military and aviation publications libraries.
- Review publication currency and initiate updates, revisions, or new publication requests.
- Coordinate with U.S. military publication account holders and relevant organizations to ensure up-to-date materials.
- Process requests for new publications and periodicals.
- Maintain library checkout and return records in an organized system.
- Prepare and update comprehensive publication inventories.
- Inspect aviation maintenance sub-libraries for completeness and ensure updates are properly posted.
- Maintain official correspondence files, including requisitions, inventories, and reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a librarian; OR
1 year of experience plus 1 year of formal training in office administration as an approved substitute.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
