Inspectors Civil & MEP

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for Inspector roles (Civil & MEP) for upcoming infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. These roles will support large-scale infrastructure development projects and ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Disciplines include:

• Civil Inspectors (Architectural, Structural, General Civil)
• MEP Inspectors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor construction activities and report progress, quality, and safety issues
• Ensure contractor adherence to approved method statements and QA/QC procedures
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Review material submittals and inspection requests
• Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 10 years of experience in construction supervision/inspection
• Strong experience in infrastructure projects
• Experience in Civil (Arch/Structural/Civil) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) disciplines
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and international standards
• GCC/KSA experience preferred
