Organizational Excellence & Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Excellence & Quality Specialist to lead and support our institutional maturity, quality management, and performance improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate must be a certified King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM assessor with hands-on, practical experience conducting organizational excellence assessments, identifying structural gaps, and driving transformation initiatives particularly within Saudi Arabian government or semi-government contexts.

Institutional Excellence & Assessment

• Conduct comprehensive institutional maturity and excellence assessments utilizing KAQA and EFQM frameworks.
• Evaluate organizational performance against international and national excellence criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, operational weaknesses, and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable improvement roadmaps, action plans, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare the entity for national excellence awards and external accreditation assessments.
• Facilitate strategic assessment workshops, focus groups, and executive review sessions.

Quality Management & Compliance

• Oversee and maintain Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external quality audits.
• Manage non-conformities, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Design and update quality frameworks, organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance models.
• Establish performance measurement, reporting mechanisms, and KPI dashboards.
