Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planner Tunnel MEP & Fit-Out to join our team! The Senior Planner Tunnel MEP & Fit-Out is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling detailed project schedules for the Tunnel MEP and fit-out works within the Diriyah Gate Development Infrastructure Program. This role focuses on:
What You'll Be Doing:
Planning & Scheduling
Progress Measurement & Reporting
Implement progress measurement systems for tunnel MEP and fit-out activities, including earned value metrics EV,PV,ACEV,PV,AC.
Track actual progress versus baseline; identify variances, slippages, and emerging risks.
Produce regular reports (weekly, monthly) including:
S-curves and progress charts
Critical and near-critical path analysis
Milestone tracking and forecast completion dates
Provide planning inputs and visualizations for internal reviews, client progress meetings, and steering committees.
Tunnel MEP & Fit-Out Focus
Work closely with MEP and fit-out teams to ensure installation and T&C sequences are accurately reflected in the schedule.
Plan and monitor activities related to:
Mechanical systems (ventilation, drainage, pumping, firefighting)
Electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power)
ELV, communication, and control systems (BMS/SCADA, communication, life safety)
Architectural finishes and tunnel fit out (walls, ceilings, flooring, access elements).
Support coordination of testing & commissioning phases, including pre-commissioning, integrated testing, and authority inspections.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); experience in enterprise environments is preferred.
Strong skills in schedule development, activity coding, resource loading, and progress updating.
Good understanding of construction and installation methodologies for tunnel MEP and fit-out works.
Working knowledge of earned value management and basic cost/time integration.
Proficiency in MS Excel and standard reporting tools; experience with Power BI or similar is an advantage.
Basic awareness of BIM/4D planning concepts is a plus.
Attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to planning and reporting.
Ability to work closely with site teams and translate construction methods into practical programmes.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to proactively identify and address schedule issues.
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work under time pressure.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management (or related discipline).
Typically years of planning/scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in tunnel projects, underground works, or large-scale MEP and fit-out packages is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience preparing and controlling schedules for MEP installation, fit-out, and T&C phases.
Exposure to , delay analysis and working with commercial/contracts teams on claims is preferred.
