Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the branch's daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitoring the performance of trainers and staff, guiding them to ensure the application of academy policies and quality standards.
- Receiving clients, following up on their needs, and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Managing class schedules and trainer appointments, ensuring the availability of appropriate staff.
- Monitoring the cleanliness and safety of the facility and ensuring the readiness of sports equipment and tools.
- Following up on daily operational reports and submitting them to senior management.
- Coordinating with internal departments (Human Resources – Finance – Marketing – Maintenance) to support workflow.
- Supervising subscription and membership renewal processes and providing support to the sales team.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures within the academy.
- Resolving daily problems within the branch and making appropriate decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or any related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in branch supervision or management, preferably in:
- Sports academies
- Health clubs
- Fitness centers
- Similar operational environments
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- High communication skills and the ability to deal with clients.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Knowledge of the basics of marketing and sales within sports facilities.
