Architectural Design Manager - Residential Projects

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Lead and manage architectural design activities across multiple projects within the Technical Department.
• Oversee the development, review, and approval of architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure fully integrated design delivery.
• Ensure design compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and company standards.
• Manage design coordination processes and resolve technical design conflicts across disciplines.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of all design milestones and submissions.
• Review and validate design changes, revisions, and technical proposals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of design objectives.
• Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design quality and project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and control of all design-related information and approvals.

We are Looking for: br>

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 15 years of experience in architectural design and design management.
• Previous experience in residential, hospitality, and/or healthcare projects is required.
• Strong background in design coordination and multidisciplinary project integration.
• Experience working within technical departments in construction or engineering organizations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, design standards, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
