Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processes.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Support investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing financial operations.
- Superior analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous.
