Material Inspector

Conduct thorough inspections and testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Oversee and monitor the quality of materials used in construction projects, including asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and other related materials. Perform on-site material sampling, testing, and analysis as required. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Prepare detailed reports on material quality, test results, and any non-compliance issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve material-related issues and ensure project timelines are met. Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices at all times.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction consultancy with a focus on road infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
• Diploma or degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration as a Material Technician, Material Engineer, or a related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using material testing equipment and software applications relevant to the role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
