Job description
- Complete management of the accounting cycle and documentation of all financial transactions.
- Preparation of daily entries and their submission to the general manager.
- Preparation of financial statements and monthly and annual reports.
- Monitoring outstanding debts and receivables and collecting dues.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and matching accounts.
- Preparation of tax and zakat declarations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring expenses and revenues related to real estate projects.
- Preparation of financial reports for management and support decision-making.
- Coordination with external auditors and government entities.
- Preservation and organization of financial records and documents according to systems.
- Participation in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and analyzing variances.
- Ensuring the application of financial policies and procedures and internal controls.
