Cybersecurity Sr. Specialist

A Cybersecurity Sr. Specialist develops and implements security strategies, performs risk assessments, monitors systems for threats, and leads incident response efforts to protect an organization's digital assets.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence across clients.

Supervise incident handling from detection to closure, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Represent SOC during management reviews, audits, and client meetings.

Define and update SOC operational processes, escalation matrices, and playbooks.

Coordinate major incident management activities with IR, TI, and Engineering teams.

Oversee shift operations, analyst scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Review and approve major incident reports, RCAs, and client deliverables.

Develop SOC KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs, ensuring alignment with MSS objectives.

Support service improvement initiatives and pre-sales activities when required.

Supporting Onboarding and Clients Requirements.

Lead periodic services review meetings with clients to present SOC performance, KPIs. And improvementactions.

Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the protection of critical cyber defense infrastructure and keyresources.

Continuously assess and evaluate SOC team to ensure that relevant processes and playbooks are followed.

Ensure adherence to all published Cyberani CS policy, procedures and playbooks by relevant teams andindividuals.

Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or any related field.

4-6 years proven experience.

Working knowledge with using vulnerability management, security event & incident management (SIEM), and network security management tools is strongly desired.
