Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects. Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI,..etc) and client requirements. Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams. Manage the integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments. Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery. Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high-quality documentation.
