Ensure timely pick-up of goods from designated pick-up points within the mall and promptly deliver them to the correct customer locations.

Maintain the assigned vehicle (car or bike) in excellent working condition, performing basic checks and reporting any mechanical issues immediately.

Handle customer interactions professionally, providing clear communication regarding delivery status and resolving any immediate concerns.

Possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license for either a car or motorcycle.

Have at least 1-2 years of experience in delivery or a similar role, preferably within a large retail or mall environment.

Demonstrate proficiency in using GPS navigation apps and smartphone-based delivery platforms.

Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
