The main responsibilities of this Role are:
- Ensure that Tameed in accordance with the regulations and rules required by SAMA.
- Inform and follow up with Employees and stakeholders of any SAMA circulars.
- Create, Draft, and update needed policies.
- Ensure Tameed employees adheres to the internal policies.
- Submit compliance reports to the board and board committees as requested.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including regulators.
- Attend board committee meetings and executive meetings.
- Train employees on the policies.
- Continuous checking and follow-up of requirement documents.
- Supporting the AML unit.
- Archiving of documents.
- Execution of works assigned by the direct manager that fall within the field of currency.
- Record Keeping - Maintain proper records documentation.
- Compliance Monitoring and Management Reporting
- Assess compliance deviations and recommend enhancements to governance frameworks.
- Record Keeping and Maintain proper records documents
- Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews to ensure alignment across all departments with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with Regulators and Maintain close liaison with the relevant regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Bachelor of law
Full knowledge of SAMA laws and regulation on financing companies
Proficient contract writing
skills in Communication, Legal and moral integrity, Analytical thinking, and ability.
Google Workspace skills.
English language.
