Cashier

Job Title: Cashier (Coffee Shop and Bakery)

Job Objective:
Efficiently manage payment operations and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from order to pickup.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive customer orders and record them accurately on the cashier system
• Collect payments (cash / card / digital wallets)
• Issue invoices and ensure the accuracy of transactions
• Hand over orders or coordinate with the barista/kitchen for preparation
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Reconcile the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift and match sales
• Report any shortages or malfunctions in the system or operations
• Adhere to establishment policies (prices, offers, discounts)

Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma
• Good communication skills
• Speed and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to handle work pressure
• Previous experience as a cashier or in the coffee shop sector is preferred

Salary:
4,200 SAR per month

Working Hours:
Determined according to the work system (may be flexible or on a shift basis)
