Civil Engineer - Water and Sanitation Projects

Job Description:

The company is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in executing water and sanitation projects to oversee civil and field operations. Responsibilities include monitoring the implementation of water and sanitation networks, conducting technical tests, and ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of water and sanitation networks and related works.
• Review the execution plans and quantify the materials.
• Monitor technical tests and inspections, including pressure and leakage tests, and oversee excavation and backfilling works.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Monitor the preparation of as-built drawings and delivery documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in water and sanitation network projects.
• Ability to read plans and quantify materials, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
• Ability to manage work teams and monitor contractors while resolving field issues.
