We are seeking a Bus Fleet Manager to lead and organize our bus fleet, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

The Bus Fleet Manager is responsible for the full oversight of the management and operation of the company's fleet in Makkah Al-Mukarramah – Al-Akeeshiah, ensuring the readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of the buses.

Their duties include organizing and storing buses within designated parking areas in a safe and orderly manner, monitoring their technical condition, performing periodic and preventive maintenance, and coordinating with maintenance workshops to minimize breakdowns and downtime, in addition to ensuring the validity of licenses, registration cards, insurance, and periodic inspections.

They also manage the team of drivers, supervisors, and traffic monitors, prepare work schedules, monitor performance and discipline, and enhance safety and quality standards. They monitor fuel consumption, control costs, analyze operational data, and prepare periodic reports for senior management to support decision-making, while utilizing fleet management systems and tracking technologies to ensure operational efficiency and achieve the highest level of performance and compliance.
