Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales of primary pharmaceutical packaging products such as blister foils, aluminum foils, PVC/PVDC films, and other packaging materials to pharmaceutical companies. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the pharmaceutical packaging segment.

Identify and acquire new pharmaceutical clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Promote and sell primary packaging materials such as blister foil, cold form foil, PVC/PVDC films, and related products.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to pharma companies.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Participate in industry exhibitions, meetings, and client visits.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review.
