A leading trading company in the women's cosmetics and beauty sector is seeking a:
Procurement Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Execute the company's purchasing operations and monitor requests until delivery and acceptance.
Search for suppliers and request price quotes, preparing comparisons and negotiations.
Coordinate with branches and the central warehouse to ensure needs are met and stock is monitored.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, compliance, and delivery speed.
Prepare reports and utilize systems to monitor purchasing operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience of at least 3 years in procurement or a similar field.
Experience in the cosmetics or women's beauty sector is preferred.
Proficient in Excel and accounting and operational systems.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to prepare comparisons and monitor suppliers.
Willingness to conduct field visits, and having a car and driving license is preferred.
