Painting Technician

Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a flawless finish.

Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers with precision to achieve uniform coverage and desired aesthetic.

Safely operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, ladders, and scaffolding, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

Accurately mix and match paint colors according to specifications and client requests, maintaining consistency throughout the project.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting or a related trade is a plus.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial painting.

Proficiency in applying various types of paints and coatings, including latex, oil-based, and specialty finishes.
