Safety Engineer

Job Description

* Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.

* Conduct risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

* Perform regular site inspections and safety audits.

* Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective actions.

* Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.

* Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work environment.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (preferably construction/industrial).

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.

* Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

* NEBOSH / IOSH certification is a must or strong plus.

* Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* High attention to detail and enforcement ability.
