Job description
We are looking for an Interior Designer with:
- Strong space planning and layout skills.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, proportions, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Ability to develop a project from concept design through detailed execution drawings.
- Ability to produce accurate and buildable designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior layouts and design concepts.
- Produce 3D models and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed interior execution drawings.
- Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
- Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP, and structural requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.
- Review site execution against approved drawings and resolve design issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Interior Design professional certificate/certification is required.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Ability to prepare complete execution drawing packages.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical and design capability.
