Job Description:

An Indian chef specialized in Biryani and Peshawari rice is required to work at Al Bahran Restaurant. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality rice dishes, adhering to the restaurant's recipes and food safety standards, with the ability to correctly handle fish and seafood and prepare daily meals with a consistent and distinctive taste. The location is at the restaurant's premises in Jeddah, Al-Thaghr district. The restaurant provides accommodation and meals. The salary will be determined after the interview.

Skills Required:

Practical experience in cooking Biryani and Peshawari rice, good knowledge of handling fish, seafood, and various meals, mastery in using Indian spices and balancing flavors, commitment to personal and kitchen hygiene, seriousness and discipline at work, possession of a transferable residency and a valid health card, and the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
