Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish the overall vision and strategy for the enterprise and define short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Manage daily operations to ensure operational efficiency and improve profit margins.
- Manage human resources, recruitment, and professional development of employees with a focus on corporate culture.
- Prepare and manage the budget, financial control, and periodic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and business partners to ensure the implementation of agreements and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Comply with municipal regulations and local systems, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales plans and build a network of strategic relationships.
- Monitor market performance, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (at most a Bachelor's degree).
- Proven practical experience in leading an enterprise or business unit within the Saudi market.
- Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory, financial, and tax requirements.
- High leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Ability to plan, analyze, set budgets, and perform financial forecasting.
- Familiarity with information technology systems, accounting systems, and analysis tools.

The job is based in one of the governorates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within a specific region/governorate. The potential candidate will be required to submit a short 90-day business plan as part of the evaluation process.
