This role requires the ability to oversee project progress from the study of plans and facilitation to execution and final delivery.
The selection will be based on the candidates' experience, previous projects, practical tests, and professional reviews.

- Cost and pricing should not be less than 15 out of 20.
- Passing the verification of projects and references.
