Job description
- Review, verify, and restructure Bill of Quantities (BOQs) provided by clients/consultants to identify gaps, discrepancies, or missing items against the architectural specifications and drawings.
- Tender Analysis & Technical Reviews
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management (Pre-Contract)
- Costing, Value Engineering & Risk Assessment
- Assist the Tender Director in finalizing the tender submission files, securing bid bonds, and coordinating post-tender clarifications and negotiations up to the contract award stage.
