The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and monitoring financial transactions in accordance with the company's established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Recording daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Monitoring vendor and employee accounts and executing necessary adjustments.
- Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Reviewing invoices, expenses, and financial documents to ensure accuracy.
- Tracking expenses and receivables related to projects.
- Assisting in monthly closing operations and preparing financial statements.
- Organizing and maintaining financial records and documents.
- Adhering to established accounting and financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Saudi nationality.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting or a related field.
- Work experience of 6 months to 2 years in accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize tasks effectively.
