Job Description We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Barista to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced caf environment. As a Saudi National, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and other hot and cold drinks according to established standards and recipes

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other caf equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude

• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and hygiene standards at all times

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management

• Customize beverages to meet individual customer preferences while maintaining quality standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth caf operations during peak and off-peak hours

• Develop knowledge of coffee varieties, origins, and brewing techniques to educate customers and make recommendations

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar caf or customer service role (preferred)

• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, beverage recipes, and coffee varieties

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers

• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable cash handling experience and accuracy with transactions

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed

• Multilingual abilities in Arabic and English (preferred)

• Latte art skills and beverage customization expertise (preferred)

• Saudi National status (required)
