Head Nurse

Job Description: We are looking for a professional and experienced Head Nurse to oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead the nursing team in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient care. Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and training programs for nursing staff. Oversee patient care plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical and nursing supplies. Prepare reports and presentations for hospital management. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
