Senior Change Management Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist with 5+ years of experience to drive and manage organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of business and technology transformations by implementing structured change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks and mitigation plans Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and adoption Design and execute communication plans to support change initiatives Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver end-user training programs Monitor change adoption, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership Support organizational readiness and transition planning Work closely with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans Required Skills: Strong understanding of change management frameworks Ability to plan, implement, and monitor change initiatives Experience managing organizational and IT changes Knowledge of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Release) Understanding of service lifecycle and governance Risk & Impact Analysis Governance & Compliance Project: Talent Requisition ID:

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management / Organizational Change
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication planning
• Ability to conduct impact analysis and readiness assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects (digital, IT, or business transformation)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci or similar)
• Experience working in banking/fintech or enterprise environments
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
