Clinical Resource Nurse

Maintain high visibility in the area(s) of assignment (90% clinical presence).

Ensure that nursing staff complies with hospital infection control and safety protocols, and act as a role model for best-practice in upholding standards within infection control and patient safety.

Develop educational strategies to resolve deficits in conjunction with Nursing Education and Nurse Manager.

Ensure staff is educated and complies with hospital policies to ensure safe patient care.
