Operation Team Leader

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse operations teams to achieve productivity and service targets.

• Coordinate daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Monitor workflows, resolve operational issues, and improve process efficiency.

• Support performance management through task allocation, coaching, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

• 3 5 years of experience in warehouse or retail operations, including 1 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Experience across multiple warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and inventory control.

• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and related operational systems.

• Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
