Job description
- Manage daily catering and camp operations for onshore and offshore rigs.
- Manage the monthly MIS of the rigs operation.
- Manages material cost effectively using ERPs and other control tools.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and HSE regulations.
- Monitor catering performance, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage multicultural catering teams.
- Plan manpower allocation, work schedules, and staff rotations.
- Control operational expenses, deliveries, cash purchases, back charges, inventory, and other variable costs.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics for food supplies and camp requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and visits to rigs and clients.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of catering personnel.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and rig management teams.
- Handle emergency situations and operational challenges effectively.
