READY-MIX SPECIALIST (MIXOLOGIST – BEVERAGES)/ BARTENDER

Prepare and mix beverage blends according to approved recipes.

Measure ingredients accurately to maintain consistent taste and quality.

Assist with new product trials and sensory evaluations.

Monitor raw materials and flavor ingredients for quality.

Record trial results and coordinate with production, quality control, and R&D teams.

1–3 years of relevant experience in beverage preparation, liquid product mixing, or laboratory blending or bartending.

Practical knowledge of ingredient measuring, weighing, and beverage formulation.

Experience following approved recipes and technical specifications.

Basic knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP.

Ability to assist with beverage trials, taste testing, and quality monitoring.
