Facility Management Accountant

Support financial oversight and control of Facilities Management services to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

Your role

• Monitor FM budgets, expenditures, and cost performance across the network.

• Review contractor invoices and verify payments against contract terms and service delivery.

• Track cost variations, identify discrepancies, and support cost control measures.

• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.

• Coordinate with finance and FM teams for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3+ years experience in accounting or financial management roles.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
