Architect Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for real estate projects.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Read and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, consultant, and contractor teams to ensure proper integration of project works.
• Review architectural materials, finishes, and specifications in line with project requirements.
• Monitor architectural works on site and ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate the implementation of appropriate design solutions.
• Follow up on project progress and prepare reports related to architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Contribute to improving design quality, project efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
