Job Description
Implement all plans and strategies related to the analysis and design of institutional processes and information technology applications within the Ministry and related work, while preparing and developing the workflow procedures manual for all activities and tasks within the jurisdiction of the General Department in coordination with the concerned departments and stakeholders. This enables effective operation and supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Main Duties and Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive institutional operations strategy aligned with the Ministry's business objectives and current and future growth plans.
- Coordinate and interact with key stakeholders within the Ministry to understand their IT needs and align enterprise solutions with business requirements.
- Study and analyze internal processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and development, leveraging technology to enhance business and institutional processes.
- Ensure the application of Service Level Agreements and monitor performance to achieve desired goals regarding system uptime, response time, quality, and effectiveness.
- Implement data security protection measures and protocols to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external suppliers and service providers, focusing on effective contract negotiation and ensuring service delivery aligns with predefined standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make informed decisions, focusing on selecting the most suitable suppliers for the Ministry and fostering partnerships that align with strategic objectives.
- Conduct periodic reviews of IT operations and institutional processes, aiming to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in institutional process analysis and design to continuously enhance the digital strategy.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned within the scope of the role.
