Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in roads, highways, or transportation infrastructure engineering

- Strong knowledge of road design standards, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Expertise in traffic engineering, pavement design, and drainage systems
- Proven ability to conduct site supervision, inspections, and quality assurance activities

- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements
