Job description
Install, configure, and deploy a variety of biometric hardware, including fingerprint scanners, facial recognition systems, and iris scanners, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on biometric devices to guarantee optimal performance, accuracy, and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to biometric systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Manage user enrollment processes, ensuring data integrity and adherence to security protocols for biometric templates.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in installing and maintaining biometric devices and access control systems.
Knowledge of fingerprint, facial recognition, RFID, and time attendance systems.
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, IP configuration).
