General Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Record and review daily accounting entries and operations.
• Manage customer and vendor accounts and outstanding balances.
• Monitor invoices, receipts, expenditures, and collections.
• Execute bank reconciliations and account matching.
• Track inventory and reconcile financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and monthly and annual closures.
• Monitor value-added tax and electronic invoicing compliance.
• Prepare reports on revenues, expenditures, and cash flows.
• Utilize Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for accounting operations.
• Organize and archive financial documents and records.
• Submit financial reports and observations to management.
