Job Summary

The Procurement and Logistics Manager is responsible for managing sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory activities for tissue paper manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of raw materials, cost-effective logistics, and efficient distribution of finished tissue products while complying with local regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials such as pulp, waste paper, chemicals, packaging, and spare parts

• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance (local and international)

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory control

• Coordinate imports, customs clearance, and transportation in compliance with Saudi regulations

• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support continuous mill operations

• Control procurement and logistics costs and drive efficiency improvements

• Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 5+ yearsâ experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in tissue paper or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of pulp/paper supply markets and logistics operations
