Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP PP, QM, and PM solution architecture during ECC to S/4HANA Greenfield transformation
- Ensure seamless production operations across multiple manufacturing units (Dairy, Juice, Hatchery, Broiler, Feed)
- Drive process optimization for complex manufacturing flows including Biogas and TMR production
- Manage WRICEF objects, Functional Specifications (FS), and Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and Business Process Owners to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Oversee system integrity including MRP runs, batch jobs, IBP integration, and patch testing
- Own SAP IBP Demand Planning for forecasting accuracy and master data governance
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or APO-DP (Demand Planning)
- Proven experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- Deep understanding of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard approach
- 5-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Process Manufacturing industries
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Candidates with strong S/4HANA Greenfield exposure and IBP integration experience will be highly preferred.
- SAP Certification in SCM modules
- Experience working with global consulting firms or large manufacturing captives
