We are looking for a professional site engineer with strong practical experience in managing construction sites, dealing with suppliers, factories, and laboratories, and capable of fully supervising all site works from project start to handover, with full commitment to quality and schedule.

???? Duties and Responsibilities
???? First: Site Management and General Supervision • Full supervision of daily site works. • Organizing labor and contractors and following up on their productivity. • Ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. • Controlling workflow according to the approved schedule. • Submitting daily and weekly reports on work progress. • Continuous coordination with the technical office and management.

Second: Concrete and Steel Works • Supervising ready-mix concrete deliveries before and during pouring. • Ensuring mix design and required strength compliance. • Following up on concrete cube test results. • Supervising steel fixing and reinforcement works and ensuring compliance with drawings. • Verifying rebar diameters, spacing, lengths, and tying. • Approving pours after ensuring full readiness.

Third: Suppliers, Factories, and Laboratories • Direct dealing with suppliers and building material shops. • Knowledge of approved material sources (concrete – steel – blocks – insulation – finishes). • Coordinating with approved laboratories for soil, concrete, and material testing. • Following up on timely material supply to the site. • Ensuring material quality before receipt.

???? Fourth: Work Handover • Handover of excavation and backfilling works. • Handover of foundations, grade beams, columns, slabs. • Handover of insulation works. • Handover of finishing works according to specifications. • Documenting all handovers with official reports and photos.

???? Fifth: Quality and Safety Control • Ensuring quality requirements are applied on-site. • Following up on occupational safety instructions. • Reporting any errors or discrepancies in drawings. • Proposing practical engineering solutions when needed.

???? Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in execution sites. • Practical experience in residential and commercial projects (villas – buildings – shops).

Skills and Experience • Strong experience in site management. • Full knowledge of concrete and steel works. • Experience in work handovers. • Familiarity with material sources and building shops. • Ability to solve site problems. • Discipline, commitment, and ability to handle work pressure. • Excellent communication skills with workers and contractors.
