Coordinate MEP models with Architecture & Structure
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Maintain BIM standards, templates,and workflows
Support site teams with coordinated, clash-free models
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
8+ years of experience in MEP BIM / Coordination
Strong hands-on expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC
Experience in LOD 350–500 modeling & coordination
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
Proven experience in clash detection & multidisciplinary coordination
Experience with shop drawings, BOQs & as-built documentation
Familiar with standards: ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA
Experience in Scan-to-BIM / point cloud is a plus
